The 5th International Symposium of Music Pedagogues will take place at the Juraj Dobrila University in Pula (Croatia), from 18 to 20 May 2017.

FUTURE OF MUSIC TEACHING: Discourses on Pedagogy in Music

The Fifth International Symposium of Musical Pedagogues is conceived as a platform for the exchange of musical and pedagogical theoretical knowledge, presentation of research results, ideas and experiences in the music teaching practice. We invite scientists and artists, teachers of different musical profiles to actively participate in the promotion of the future high-quality music education.
Format of the presentation: spoken paper, workshop, focus group
The focus group includes several experts in one field who will present one topic from different or similar positions and perspectives, working together in their own section.
Send the registration form, abstract and key words until 1 October 2016
Notice of acceptance: until 20 October 2016
Paper submission: 15 January 2017. It will be followed by a process of reviewing and paper categorization. Instructions for papers will be published after the abstract acceptance. The Proceedings from the Symposium is indexed in RILM. The international scientific committee members and recognized reviewers from the international environment participate in its preparation.
